Thursday 20 February we organized, together with R-Newt, a digitization workshop for the elderly. The youngsters from R-Newt helped during the workshops. The workshops are organized by study associations ”De Smeetskring” and ”Pattern”. In total there were three workshops.
Serve the City provided the digital entertainment workshop. This workshop was given by Despina de Werd and Jelle van Dijk. They have dealt with a number of functions of the mobile phone and laptop that are related to photography and music.
Pattern has treated Powerpoint. This workshop was given by Daan Steenhof and Jolijn Martens. They have explained step by step how you can create a PowerPoint presentation.
De Smeetskring has dealt with the subject of DigiD. This workshop was given by Emile Scheres and Silvio Leussink. They have explained what you need a DigiD for and how you can use it.
All information is designed in a booklet, which the participants received afterwards.
We want to thank all the volunteers present for their presence!
All the elderly were very enthusiastic and went home with a diploma.
